Recently, we had a class discussion on how to protect ourselves. Here is what we should do:

Firstly, we need to eat healthily and safely. Eating the food that goes bad will be harmful to our health. Secondly, we have to be careful about the friends we make with, especially online. If we are in danger, we can call the police for help in time. Thirdly, never swim alone. The summer is coming, it is dangerous to swim alone in the river.

As for me, I always follow the above rules. And I think we should also follow the traffic rules every day and don’t play with fire.
