1.評分原則：

⑴本題總分為15分, 按四個檔次給分。

⑵評分時，先根據文章的內容和語言初步確定其所屬檔次，然后以該檔次的要求來衡量，確定或調整本檔次，最后給分。

2.各檔次的給分范圍和要求：

第一檔 (很好):  13—15分 zhongkao.xuecan.net

全部完成了試題規定的要求，覆蓋所有內容要點，應用了較多的語法結構和詞匯，具備較強的語言運用能力，完全達到了預期的寫作目的，基本沒有語法和詞匯錯誤。

第二檔 (好):  9—12分

完成了試題規定的要求，應用的語法結構和詞匯能滿足題目的要求，達到了預期的寫作目的，但有少許語法和詞匯錯誤。

第三檔 (一般):  5—8分

未恰當完成試題規定的要求，漏掉內容要點，未描述清楚主要內容，有較多語法和詞匯錯誤，影響了對寫作內容的理解。

第四檔 (差):  0—4分

未完成試題規定的要求，明顯遺漏主要內容，只能寫相關的零散詞匯及句子，基本不能成文。

One possible version,

Nowadays, you can see more and more people riding bikes on the road and I am one of them. I go to school by bike because I think it’s the best way. Why do I like riding a bike? Let me tell you the reasons.

First, it’s not expensive to buy a bike and I can afford one or more. Second, I can relax myself while riding a bike. It’s good for my health and it’s easy to get a place for a bike. Third, the most important thing is that riding bikes can not only reduce pollution but also save energy. I hope everybody can ride a bike to go to school, go to work and travel to other places. 

Let’s ride bikes from now on!
