It is generally believed that beauty refers to what appeals to the eyes. Thus, many people, especially the young would rather have beautiful appearances than healthy bodies. But no health, no beauty.

I remember several years ago, Super Girls were so popular that many young people were eager to have charming faces and slim figures just as they do. Thinking that I was not slim enough, I tried to eat less. Hearing that some super girls only eat once each day to keep their figures, I began to go on a diet. Later, I indeed got slim, but I felt down. My classmates took me to hospital and the doctor advised me to eat more. With their help, I became happy and healthy again. 

From this experience I’ve learned that only if you have a healthy body and a happy heart can you be a beautiful person.
